Campaign Manager Job Overview

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing a large communications program focused on tobacco use cessation. This role requires a high level of project management expertise, including experience managing multiple tasks, schedules, budgets, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health communications and behavior change campaigns, as well as experience developing and implementing complex advertising campaigns. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive communications plan to support the campaign's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the client team to ensure seamless project execution and meet project milestones.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, timelines, and budget.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including project status, achievements, and any challenges or concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in consulting project management with large programs exceeding $100M.
  • Experience with CDC program/project management and knowledge of CDC culture and processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and formats.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

$105,353 - $216,712 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
