Responsibilities of a CEFCO team member:

  • Deliver exceptional service to every customer, as this is our primary mission.
  • Promote additional products that complement customer purchases and highlight ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy store environment, including tasks such as waste disposal, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Stock shelves and coolers, and help with inventory deliveries.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally between 6 months to 1 year; cash handling experience is advantageous.
  • Flexibility in scheduling availability.
  • A results-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to successfully obtain necessary certifications, including TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
