As a Service Specialist at Woods Basement Systems Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual checks or follow-ups on warranty. You will also be responsible for making recommendations to customers on additional products or services that can enhance or improve their original installation, or remedy potential problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive to potential customers' homes to meet with them for pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual checks or follow-ups on warranty.
- Build rapport and demonstrate expertise in waterproofing and/or foundation repair systems.
- Examine waterproofing or foundation work done by Woods and determine if there is a potential problem(s) and if customer's needs and/or desired outcome(s) have changed.
- Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original Woods installation, or remedy to the potential problem.
- Attempt to sell products and/or services.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year experience in customer service or related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in the business field.
- Must maintain driving record acceptable to insurance underwriters.
