With over 77 years of experience in the industry, Nickolas M. Savko & Sons, Inc. specializes in Street & Site Work Contracting, including Mass Grading & Excavation, Paving, and Utility Installation for Storm Sewer, Sanitary, and Waterline projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in construction field layout, particularly in:
    • Earthwork Grading
    • New Road Construction
    • Sewer and Waterline Layout
  • Manage all surveying calculations and ensure project completion from inception to conclusion.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in construction surveying.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center.
  • Strong knowledge of Robotic Stations, Total Stations, Trimble GPS, and Data Collection methods.
  • Ability to perform all necessary survey layout calculations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with state and local industry specifications.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
