Position Overview:

The Grill Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a top-notch experience by preparing grilled food items according to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook chicken and other grilled items following company guidelines.
  • Receive and arrange orders for optimal presentation.
  • Monitor food quality and holding times to ensure freshness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Train new kitchen staff as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Food Handler Certification (to be obtained upon hire).
  • Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires:

  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Lifting items up to 40 lbs.
  • Exposure to heat and kitchen equipment.
