A leading global electronics manufacturing firm is seeking a skilled Receiving Coordinator to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and document all incoming materials and components for efficient warehousing operations.
  • Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or concerns directly to the Warehouse Coordinator.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking processes to facilitate smooth product flow.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse receiving is essential.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word & Excel), and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are required.
  • Capability to operate hand tools and power tools is necessary.
  • Forklift operation experience is required (including sit-down, stand-up, and pallet jack).
