  • Contribute to the development of performance reports and collaborate on special projects delegated by management (15%).

  • Develop effective strategies for communicating appeals status to stakeholders.
  • Establish clear documentation procedures for appeals resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity while handling appeals efficiently.
  • Offer expert support during second-level review processes.
  • Manage multiple claims caseloads with precision and speed.
