At Orange Theory, we're passionate about helping people live longer, more vibrant lives through fitness. Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained and certified coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Greenwood, IN studio. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting the Orange Theory concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members with enthusiasm and energy
- Presentation of the Orange Theory concept to interested consumers
- Working at the front desk, answering phones, and talking to members
- Giving studio tours
- Working with trainers to guide new members through their first Orange Theory workout
- Selling memberships to help the studio grow
- Following up with prospective clients
- Handling member concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
