Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at GE Aviation. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling input material and inventory needs for our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain input material withdrawal loops to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to expedite the delivery of materials according to customer consumption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, improve on-time delivery, and implement process improvements.
  • Interface with suppliers and GE Aerospace Supply Chain Materials and Sourcing to expand our model line, shape standards, and resolve delivery gaps.
  • Use advanced analytical skills to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • CPIM certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with LEAN principles and process improvement methodologies.
