Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive - Supply Chain Transformation Strategist to lead our supply chain digital transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic multi-generational program roadmap to improve supply chain transactional data quality and advance item master enterprise data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic multi-generational program roadmap of supply chain digital transformation within the established scope.
  • Lead the Engines Modernization Functional, Item Master Enterprise Data Management and Supply Chain Data Quality teams; maintain operational alignment with adjacent Aerospace transformation initiatives.
  • Accountable for Item Master Enterprise Data Management and Supply Chain transactional data management processes; develop and execute improvement roadmap.
  • Manage scope, budget and schedule to not only achieve published schedules, but accelerate overall program timeline.
  • Represent the Supply Chain, in partnership with Supply Chain DT, in strategic and tactical digital decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or procurement/sourcing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Role model of GE Leadership behaviors.
  • Deep understanding of core SC processes (planning, distribution, manufacturing, fulfillment, sourcing, quality).
  • Digital application implementation/support experience preferred.
  • Outstanding Project Management Skills (Planning, Organization, Multitasking, Communication, Cost Management, Scope/Risk/Issue Management, Vendor Management, etc.) and knowledge of corresponding tools.
