Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
  • Collaborate with our clinical educators, preceptors, and supervisors to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in our comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition into your new role

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Compensation:

Our compensation package includes a competitive pay per visit compensation model, a 6-month orientation pay guarantee, and a range of other benefits. Compensation potential varies by market.
