Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Cyber Physical Systems Engineering Manager reporting to the Director of Cyber Physical Systems. This role will serve as Principal Investigator (PI) on large, multi-year cyber research programs with an emphasis on offensive cybersecurity methods for cyber physical systems on maritime platforms and hardening of said platforms against attacks.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as Principal Investigator (PI) for cyber research programs, leading the development of sophisticated cybersecurity measures, including AI/ML security tools, to enhance the resilience of autonomous systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and cyber research development group, mentoring researchers and engineers on toolsets, best practices, and state-of-the-art methods in cybersecurity research and systems engineering.
  • Provide technical subject-matter expertise for the Company's projects related to secure software, cyber physical systems, and cybersecurity, serving as the primary technical interface with Integer's academic research partners and liaison to government customers.
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other related field) and 5+ years of experience relevant to the primary responsibilities outlined above.
  • An understanding of digital engineering, system modeling, and simulation tools, and how to apply those tools to mission-level assessments of overall system resiliency.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
