About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal IT Analyst Finance to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of critical IT processes supporting Financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and submit comprehensive reports to relevant department heads and management.
  • Develop and implement procedural process flows and business requirements documents for functional leaders and project teams.
  • Track and reconcile data to maintain accuracy and integrity, and identify patterns and trends in analyzed data to support business goals and needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvement and achieve business objectives, and communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications.
  • Support the education and training of end users to increase proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions, and understand, communicate, and reinforce standard process concepts and methodology within the ETP organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading medium to complex systems development projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify key interdependencies, and proven ability to influence and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information and collaborate with diverse teams.
