Job Description:

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients under the direction of a registered nurse. You will participate in developing care plans with other interdisciplinary team members and report to our Field Nursing Supervisors. Additionally, you will provide health education to patients and caregivers, responsible for accepting and entering verbal and written orders from physicians, and maintaining communication with physicians regarding patient condition changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid active nurse license in the state of Connecticut or compact license
  • At least 6 months of experience as an RN in pediatric care, preferably in home health settings
  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
  • Dedication to quality patient care

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
