Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- MBA or a Master's Degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance is required.
- Experience in financial modeling, cost accounting, decision support, or healthcare revenue cycle is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational capabilities are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary.
