About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Tenet-AZ Region in Avondale, Arizona.

Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for providing technical support to surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment during procedures
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Surgical Technology
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • 1+ year of experience in a surgical setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
