Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Service Representative to join our Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow
- Check-in and check-out patients, collecting co-payments and completing necessary paperwork
- Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
- Provide general support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers
- 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice preferred
- Epic experience preferred
