We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Production Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
Utilize your experience with digital, analog, and/or RF testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems. Knowledge of RF/microwave devices is preferred.
Travel requirements are less than 10% annually.
Work on 1st shift.
What You Will Learn
Gain knowledge of various electrical components, Circuit Card Assemblies, RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
Achieve a RTX Core Certification and a Raytheon Responsible Engineer Authority (REA) Certification.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior Engineering experience. A PhD can account for 5 years of experience as required for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience with any of the following: RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations is also required.
Required Security Clearance: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem; including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production/supplier/sub-tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.
Experience with any of the following tools: Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), Advanced Design System (ADS), Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer.
Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, inertial measurement units (IMU) and Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver subsystems.
Experience with subsystems integration and test, post test flight analysis, problem investigation, Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementing Engineering Change Notices.
Self-starter who's capable of working independently as well as with a small technical team. Providing technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
