Job Title: ServiceNow Systems Integration Specialist

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Modernization Sector, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Solutions Management - Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA.

This contract involves the Operations, Sustainment, Maintenance, Repair, and Defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN) in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

You will work closely with our team to transform DISA's operational mission through innovation and support to DISA's mission partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a fast-paced, Agile team to verify and validate changes made to the system.
  • Develop more efficient and modern test techniques and processes.
  • Perform validations of configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to understand and confirm the delivery of digital transformation solutions.
  • Emphasize request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs, and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis and design.
  • Experience with DevOps, continuous integration tools, and source control tools.
  • Experience with agile development and testing methodologies.
  • The ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to assist and train junior testers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possesses 3-5 years' experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration management, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with ServiceNow's ATFs.
  • ServiceNow Platforms modules: Discovery, Event Management, Scripting, Service Mapping, Business Rules, Custom applications, Orchestration, Workflows, Service Catalog.
