Dishroom Attendant

Ditka's Restaurant Group seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Hygiene Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $55,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Kitchen Hygiene Specialist at Ditka's Restaurant Group, your primary duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas.
• Restocking cooks' and servers' stations with clean serviceware and equipment as needed.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food according to company recipes and specifications.
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a similar position within the restaurant industry.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds several times per shift.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
