Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish room.

This is a full-time position that requires standing and/or walking 100% of the time, with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. You will work in temperatures that may exceed 90 degrees or below 30 degrees. We offer a competitive salary of $14/hour or more, depending on experience.

• Check and maintain proper detergent levels, rinse agent levels, and water temperatures throughout the shift.
• FOLLOW PROPER PROCEDURES FOR RUNNING ITEMS THROUGH THE DISH MACHINE.
• Correctly stack and store dishes, glasses, and flatware to prevent contamination from improper handling.
• Maintain the dish room's cleanliness and dry floor at all times.
• Keep guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked.
• Perform general maintenance duties, such as cleaning outside areas, removing snow, and clearing walkways.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and assist as needed.
