- Identify and analyze operations risks related to current and potential business and recommend procedural changes as needed.
- Lead and participate in projects across the department, particularly those to mitigate risk, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews; provide ongoing counsel, training, development, and motivation of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and possess strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Good understanding of financial services and investment products.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience required.
- Demonstrated managerial, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively bring individuals from multiple areas together to resolve identified issues.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).
