Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our team at Experis. This role is essential in managing the billing processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the billing cycle for assigned clients, including the creation and review of billing drafts.
  • Utilizing various billing systems to ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Preparing estimates and handling job openings, along with various billing activities such as write-offs and internal charges.
  • Analyzing Work in Progress (WIP) reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Conducting detailed reviews of expense vouchers and vendor invoices to confirm their accuracy.
  • Maintaining up-to-date billing guidelines for clients and ensuring adherence to these standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or billing roles.
  • Intermediate understanding of accounting principles, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
