Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refine the product strategy for our e-mobility solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
2. Create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our products.
3. Utilize technical product selection tools to align offerings with customer specifications and requests for quotes (RFQs).
4. Generate system and product proposals for mobile original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), working closely with engineering teams.
5. Lead product strategy initiatives for the U.S. division in the e-mobility sector.
6. Collaborate with global teams to align product and market strategies, ensuring effective implementation.
7. Guide divisions in the productionization of developed e-mobility products and systems.
8. Provide valuable insights from the Voice of Customer (VoC) to inform new product development.
9. Represent the company during customer engagements and support sales teams in promoting our advanced technologies.
10. Manage pricing strategies and prepare comprehensive price lists.
11. Oversee training initiatives for distributors, regional sales managers, and customer service teams.
12. Recommend enhancements or new products based on market needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering within a manufacturing context.
- Experience in electrification or e-mobility is highly desirable; candidates from other manufacturing sectors may also be considered.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
