Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise and timely assistance to the sales team and customers.
  • Input purchase orders accurately and manage all related documentation for production and shipping.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing necessary information and resolving issues.
  • Oversee scheduled shipping dates to guarantee prompt delivery and address any delays as necessary.
  • Support the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process as required.
  • Engage in additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
