About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
  • Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on dialysis treatment and care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable, other state-approved certification.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
