Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their assigned worksite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient conditions and detect changes in condition or responses to medication or therapy.
  • Identify symptoms of illnesses and changes in conditions, and report such symptoms or changes to a physician or registered nurse.
  • Administer medications, including injectable, j-tube, and g-tube medications.
  • Implement and monitor g-tube and j-tube feedings, including changing g-tubes as necessary.
  • Assist individuals in collecting urine, stool, and other specimens for analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain charts and other records and treatments administered.
  • Perform inventory of current medical supplies and medications.
  • Perform direct care duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A license and current registration to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
  • A limited permit to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
  • An application on file for a limited permit to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
