Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Poultry Processing Trainer to join our team at Perdue. This role is essential in ensuring that our production area operates efficiently while processing poultry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the training of staff in various production tasks, including live hang, deboning, and evisceration.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during the processing of raw and cooked poultry products.
  • Facilitate training sessions on equipment operation, including Multivac and marination processes.
  • Support the team in achieving production goals while maintaining high-quality output.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in poultry processing and a passion for training others. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
