Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior analysis and intervention strategies
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to inform instruction and intervention
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in behavior analysis and make recommendations for program improvement

Requirements:

  • BCBA License
  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule. The BCBA will work closely with the ESY program team to ensure the success of the program.

Hourly Rate:

As per NBEA Contract (Pending Budgetary Approval)
