New Brunswick Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA - ESY Program Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work with students with disabilities and make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior analysis and intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments and data analysis to inform instruction and intervention
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in behavior analysis and make recommendations for program improvement
Requirements:
- BCBA License
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with a variable schedule. The BCBA will work closely with the ESY program team to ensure the success of the program.
Hourly Rate:
As per NBEA Contract (Pending Budgetary Approval)
