Position Summary

Qodoro Global LLC is on a mission to modernize and automate its existing paper-based documentation systems to enhance information accessibility throughout the organization. We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Architect to facilitate this transformation by developing and overseeing SharePoint sites tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform functionalities to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive records and document management automation framework.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish a cohesive and user-friendly design and implementation strategy.
  • Apply records management principles in accordance with individual client specifications.
  • Create intricate workflows and business processes utilizing Power Automate.
  • Incorporate UI/UX best practices to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and deliver an optimal user experience.
  • Address security concerns, client inquiries, and other related issues as they arise.
  • Adhere to the established standards and procedures of the organization.
  • Develop a SharePoint Records Center that utilizes retention labels for effective policy management, file planning, and workflow creation.
  • Ensure solutions align with existing security protocols and guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate architecturally significant issues that may impact design and development.
  • Engage in regular interactions with subject matter experts from client organizations.
  • Facilitate training and educational sessions as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
  • Experience with Power Pages.
  • Background in Web Development and Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UI and UX roles.
  • Proven track record in developing custom SharePoint solutions for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Ability to manage the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center.
  • Experience in SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library configuration, and metadata management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience as a SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform Developer/Architect (5 years required).
  • Expertise in developing custom solutions on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (5 years required).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Pages (1-2 years preferred).
  • Experience in implementing records and document management systems (3 years required).
  • Proficiency in creating complex workflows using Power Automate (3 years required).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center management (3 years required).
  • Experience in SharePoint site creation and UI/UX design (3 years required).
  • Understanding of records management and information governance principles (2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and O365 platforms (2 years preferred).
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Microsoft Certification in Power Platform (2 years preferred).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (2 years preferred).
