Job Title: Junior Power Platform/RPA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Power Platform/RPA Developer to join our team at Phaeton Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our IT division, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and design, configure, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions for the IT Division and assist citizen developers in creating and maintaining their own solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive support and code review to the Power Platform user community.
  • Adhere to best practices and define/refine a governance approach for the platform's use at VDOT.
  • Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage.
  • Troubleshoot Power Platform issues and work with system administrators to implement fixes.
  • Collaborate with business units as a liaison and serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services.
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting.
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Automate Desktop.
  • 2+ years of experience with Blue Prism RPA or UI Path.
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments.
  • Experience in creating technical documents.
