Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external customer requests, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless logistical movements of time-critical and temperature-sensitive biologics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external customer requests across multiple unit operations, including personnel, material, and logistical needs.
  • Work with production planning, Sr. Manufacturing Associate, and other shift leads to establish daily unit operations schedules that include people, product, and material flow across multiple shifts.
  • Complete and review documentation required by process transfer protocols, validation protocols, standard operating procedures, and batch records.
  • Assist in the training of staff who are less experienced to ensure they have the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
  • Initiate company discrepancies/deviations for non-conforming materials and operational anomalies.
  • Assist in setting up warehouse operations equipment/fixtures and perform facility and equipment commissioning activities.
  • Review Warehouse Operations procedures and provide input to ensure documents are technically sound, promote effective and efficient operations, and comply with cGMP requirements.
  • Perform tasks in a manner consistent with departmental and corporate safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
  • Coordinate tasks with staff working within Warehouse Operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
  • Experience in distribution, receiving, temperature storage, issuance, and inventory control practices, including cycle counting and rejected/expired material disposition.
  • Understanding of controlled temperature, humidity, and pest control monitoring for cGMP environments.
  • Transportation lanes and cold chain logistical movement of time-critical and temperature-sensitive biologics.
  • Freight forwarder and courier direct shipments and associated documentation requirements.
