Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Kindred Hospital- Brea. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's unique needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients on their road to recovery
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition

Requirements:

Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
