What You'll Work On- Lead the Commercial Team
The Digital Health Solutions (DHS) Sales Manager leads the Commercial TEAM to deliver on our DHS Portfolio Goals. This role must execute a clear strategy to grow market share, ensure client centricity, TEAM development and exceed plan commitments. Expected to collaborate with cross-functional roles to align and drive DHS success.
Manage the Digital Health Solutions P&LManage assigned Digital Health Solutions P&L ensure business functions drive operational efficiencies, and improve Gross Margin & Division Margin to meet the financial profile.
Identify Customer NeedsIdentify customer needs and support team to demonstrate the value, leveraging Digital Health Solutions products and services.
Develop and Execute a Strategic PlanDevelop and execute an annual strategic plan to meet sales and margin commitment.
Lead a Regional OrganizationLead regional organization of ~4 direct reports plus dotted line support; ensure team is equipped with the appropriate training and resources for success.
Create DemandCreate demand by identifying new products and solutions that are customer-centric with the potential to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Other FunctionsCollaborate with other functions to evaluate the value and feasibility of introducing new or customized products and services.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree

Experience in Sales RolesExperience leading & executing complex (multi stakeholder/multiyear) contract negotiations.
5+ Years in Sales Roles5+ years in sales roles with demonstrated ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results.
Proven Track RecordProven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing /defending existing business.
Preferred Qualifications- 7+ Years in Sales Roles
7+ years in a sales roles focused on long-term capital investments in the healthcare sector
Master's DegreeMaster's degree
