**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our St. Louis Site Operations, you will be responsible for managing supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers' production and quality systems meet purchase contract requirements and applicable regulatory agency and government regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage employees performing supplier quality activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures to improve supplier performance.
  • Provide education and coaching on quality systems and processes.
  • Acquire and manage resources to lead process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate employees to achieve quality goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
  • More than 5 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or supplier management.
  • More than 5 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role.
  • More than 3 years of experience working in the aerospace industry.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Experience working as a quality engineer or supplier quality engineer.
  • More than 1 year of experience interfacing directly with suppliers.
  • 1+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)).

**Additional Information:**

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
