- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in human services, public administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a career center, call center, or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; ability to work sensitively and effectively with diverse populations.
- Language: Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred but not required.
