We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Staff Engineer to join our team at GE Aviation. Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate complex systems and products.
- Develop and manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flowdown.
- Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.

- Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Exposure to aviation engine design or certification requirements.
- 10 years of experience in design/development of turbomachinery.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Communicate and coordinate clearly with internal and external partners.
- Communicate concisely and appropriately with both internal and external senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

- Prior experience working with global cross-functional teams.

- 10 years of experience in an Engineering position, especially with global and cross functional teams.
