Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated, service-focused individual to fill the role at our Woodlands Flagstaff Branch. This position entails educating members and prospective members about our financial products and services, while also guiding them to maximize the advantages of their credit union membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess member financial requirements and propose suitable solutions and products.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with members and potential members to effectively represent and advocate for the credit union.
- Accurately open accounts, certificates, loans, and other financial products or services, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and promptly.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding their accounts and conduct research to resolve any issues.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant credit union policies and procedures.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer while keeping precise records.
Qualifications:
Experience: A background of one to three years in a similar or related field is preferred, including sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
