At H&M Group, we're looking for a talented Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth, while delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors and department supervisors to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- 1-2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software applications.
