About the Role
A key member of our team, this Team Member Supervisor will lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an attractive store layout and product merchandising that drives sales growth and engages customers.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and labor data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Assist in annual sales and expense projections and budget preparation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Mentor and support Team Members to help them grow in their roles and careers.
  • Serve as point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • Drive retail execution excellence and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional morale.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, responding promptly to their questions and concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of leadership and supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.05 - $27.53 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan benefits, and paid time off. Eligibility for these benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable Whole Foods Market benefits plan at your date of hire.
