Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and communal areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and replenished.
  2. Sanitize and restock linens and toiletries in guest accommodations as necessary.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, storage areas, and other assigned public spaces.
  4. Clean locker rooms and shower facilities.
  5. Perform general cleaning tasks, including linen management, window washing, and waste disposal according to daily and weekly schedules.
  6. Safeguard any assigned keys and maintain security protocols.
  7. Utilize cleaning products and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  8. Respond promptly to member requests as directed.
  9. Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
  10. Exhibit a commitment to the club's success by fostering positive interactions with staff and members, while meeting established quality and safety standards.
  11. Complete additional tasks as assigned by club or company management.
  12. Regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
  • Organized and responsible approach to meeting member needs.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior experience in cleaning within commercial, hotel, or golf club environments is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Visual and auditory capabilities to read documents, operate a computer, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to climb, stoop, squat, and kneel as needed.
  • Dexterity for using phones, typing, and writing.
  • Ability to lift items exceeding 25 pounds.
