- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, while also reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a housekeeping or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of pack members. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
