About the PositionThe Coordinator, Downtown Environment is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing contractors, coordinating maintenance programs, and serving as the primary contact for property management teams. This role plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the district.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight and inspection of contractors involved in custodial and maintenance needs
- Coordination of tree health program services
- Initial point of contact with property management teams
- Oversight of irrigation systems
- Coordination of electrical systems and lighting programs
- Inspections of public spaces throughout the year
- Administrative support for DDBID and Special District Boards
- Administrative tasks such as invoicing and recordkeeping
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two years' experience in similar work and background. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing multiple contractors, coordinating maintenance and custodial projects, and providing excellent customer service.
