Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Revvity is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Manufacturing team in San Diego, CA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulks
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with batch records
  • Work closely with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and assist Planning teams with re-test samples
  • Perform job duties under ISO requirements, following SOPs and work instructions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma with 6 months of data entry experience
  • OR Biotechnology Certificate
  • OR Associate degree in a science or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
  • Some academic or industry laboratory experience
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
