Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant - Tax and Consulting to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including individual and corporate tax returns
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Collaborate with senior accountants and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 150 credit hours preferred
  • Aspirations to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proficient in accounting software, including Fixed Asset Solutions, Advance Flow, and ACS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
