Ambulatory Surgery and PACU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Surgery and PACU Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of Ambulatory Surgery and PACU nursing experience.
