At Ensign Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Care Expert to join our team in Houston, TX. As an integral member of our therapy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strong infection control measures are in place to safeguard staff and residents
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to maintain a stable work environment and foster growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans for each patient
  • Provide rehabilitative treatment, including ADL retraining and therapeutic exercises
  • Maintain effective communication with healthcare team members and families

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy, all centered around patient care.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
