About the Job

This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple home therapies programs, ensuring cost-effective clinical operations while maintaining exceptional patient outcomes. You will be responsible for directing and guiding an interdisciplinary team, promoting a culture of excellence, and fostering collaboration with the Business Unit management team to drive program growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational aspects of multiple home therapies programs, prioritizing results-driven strategies to achieve growth, patient retention, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Direct activities related to strategic planning, quality goals, and action plans to ensure alignment with regional, divisional, and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders, market development teams, in-center leadership, and patient education and quality teams to promote home therapies growth in assigned programs.
  • Oversee profit and loss management of assigned programs, optimizing performance to meet or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Direct and manage all aspects of patient care for home therapies patients from admission through discharge, providing direction, guidance, and support to staff members to ensure safe and effective delivery of home therapy support care.
  • Assess patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis therapy, evaluating environments for suitability and training patients and caregivers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Ensure competency of staff in home dialysis therapy-related equipment operation, troubleshooting issues via telephone, and maintaining staff licensures and CPR certifications.
  • Manage program supplies, equipment tracking, and ordering processes to maintain consistency and timeliness.
Requirements

To succeed in this critical role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) with advanced education preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience plus six months of dialysis nursing experience.
  • Three+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
  • Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in dialysis personnel supervision and ensure maximum quality care delivery.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
