About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our world-class workplace operations team in New York. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our workspaces are exceptionally maintained and seamlessly operating to support our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Responsible for all daily operations of our workplace and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize workplace efficiency and create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Vendor Management: Direct team to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality service.
  • Project Management: Establish and assure adherence to project budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Space Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate space planning, moves, renovation, and repairs.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with local leadership, key stakeholders, landlords, and property managers.
  • Safety and Compliance: Oversee regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Team Management:
  • Performance Management: Manage teams and plan performance measurements to meet organizational goals.
  • Training and Development: Arrange formal training and experiences to foster team cohesion, learning, and development.
  • Service Requests: Manage service requests ensuring prompt and customer-focused resolutions.
  • Emergency Response: Partner with the Global Physical Security team to lead onsite emergency response procedures and provide support for business continuity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate services, hospitality, and/or facilities operations.
  • Experience: 6+ years' leadership level workplace and facilities management experience.
  • People Management: People management experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient to advanced knowledge of G-Suite, Outlook, ServiceNow, Slack, Monday.com, or other project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFM, CMRP, FMP, SFP, PMP, LEED, etc.
