  • Act as a resource for inquiries and assess reimbursement and recoupment issues.
  • Supervise and guide the work of team members.
  • Execute job responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice law in Georgia.
  • Eligibility to take the upcoming Georgia Bar examination.
  • Reciprocity and a minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
  • At least two years of experience at the lower-level Attorney 2 position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Juvenile Justice and Advocacy.
  • Knowledge of employment law, worker's compensation, and contract analysis.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet one or more of the preferred qualifications.
